Shipping Policy
Standard Product Lead Times
At Online Metal Store Ltd, we are committed to delivering your products as swiftly as possible. We continuously strive to improve our lead times and accommodate your requests whenever possible.
For Half Round Gutters, Deepflow Gutters, Box Gutters, and Moulded Ogee Gutters, the lead time is 5 to 10 working days across all colours RAL 7016, RAL 9005, and Other Colours.
Downpipes (All) are available in 5 working days for RAL 7016 and RAL 9005, while Other Colours require 10 working days.
Fascia and Soffit Systems and Coping Systems have a lead time of 3 to 7 working days, regardless of the colour.
For Bespoke Products, please allow 7 to 15 working days for all colour options.
Please note: If your order includes multiple product ranges, the lead time for the entire order will be determined by the product with the longest lead time.
Additional Delivery Time: For deliveries to the Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland, please allow an additional 3-5 working days on top of the lead times shown above.
Delivery Charges:
For England and Wales, orders over £2,500 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. Orders below this amount will have delivery charges calculated at checkout.

Delivery Dates & Times

Please note: We are unable to guarantee timed deliveries. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
At times, Online Metal Store Ltd will use third-party couriers. Online Metal Store Ltd are not liable for any delays in deliveries that may occur when using third-party couriers.
Delivery Errors
We kindly ask that you check the accuracy and condition of your goods upon delivery. If there are any issues, such as damage, please accept the delivery, note the issue on the delivery paperwork, and contact us immediately at +44 7907 239290. Failure to mark the paperwork correctly may affect the processing of damage claims.
Delivery Vehicle & Handling
For smaller orders, products are typically bundled within protective packaging (weighing no more than 25kg each) and delivered via a courier service. These items will be placed as close as possible to your delivery address.
For larger orders, items will be wrapped onto a pallet and delivered by a dedicated courier service. Please ensure there are enough people on site to unload these items as drivers will not offload palletized goods.
Please note: Due to the size and weight of some products, we recommend using two people to carry longer lengths. Online Metal Store Ltd will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur during self offloading.
Site Access
Please ensure there is clear access to the delivery site on the day of delivery. If you anticipate any access issues, please inform our customer service team when placing your order. If a delivery fails due to access restrictions that were not communicated to us, additional delivery charges may apply for a re-delivery.
